2012 marked the beginning of my journey deep into health and wellness. Having lived through a lot the confusion about "diet", "healthy food", and the complications of western medicine, I knew I wanted to help others get past the confusion of everything you hear about "Health".
My practice has evolved into so much more than just what you eat. Health and wellness is holistic and involves the body, mind, and soul.
